The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious air conditioned living areas with plasma tv's, dvd players and foxtel, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, remote controlled double garage, security gates and a fully fenced yard for privacy and room for the kids to play. The main bedroom has its own tv with built in dvd player and the kids bedroom also has its own tv with playstation. The main feature of the house is its fantastic covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and solar heated pool for your relaxation and enjoyment.
This beautifully appointed house is only minutes away from pristine Burleigh beaches, supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants. It is within walking distance to playground and bike track right at the end of the street. Just 5 minutes to the M1 highway and 20 minutes later you are at Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet n Wild and Whitewater World.
This is a non smoking house. Sorry no pets allowed. Parties, functions and schoolies are strictly prohibited.
