Aterre is a 3 bedroom townhouse centrally located to Newcastle CBD, Darby Streets caffes & restaurants & only a 6 minute walk to the spectacular Bar Beach.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests across 2 levels with all linen & toweling supplied.
The Kitchen is fully equipped & comes with an espresso machine & coffe grinder. Off the Kitchen is a laundry with both washing machine & dryer & a second toilet.
There is additional guest sleeping with a double sofa bed in the living room.

The comfortable lounge room has ample seating,TV ,Ipod Stereo & views over the park.

There are 2 balconys for soaking up the afternoon sun, one complete with Gas BBQ.
There is also a private lock up garage directly beneath the property.

All this moments to the best Newcastle has to offer & 45 minutes drive to the delights of the Hunter Valley wine region.
