The master suite features a comfortable king sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite with extra-large shower. The second central bathroom features a large shower, Japanese style plunge bath and separate toilet.
The stunning new gourmet kitchen has stone bench tops, 2 pack doors, 2 door fridge/freezer/icemaker, herb garden and a dedicated drinks/coffee bar. The laundry is equipped with Miele front load washing machine and condenser clothes dryer.
For those quiet nights in or entertaining family and friends for a special dinner the undercover indoor/outdoor courtyard is the ideal location which features a large 8 seater dining table, iron gates from a French chateau and stunning candelabra. By day, this area easily transforms into the ideal relaxation zone to spend a quiet afternoon on the day bed enjoying the cooling water breezes while the kids can make use of the space to play and explore the toy box which comes complete with a selection of toys and board games.
Enjoy the large private in ground pool which overlooks the lake to a park and environmental reserve. The pool area is also fully fenced giving those peace of mind that have smaller children. In total there are 4 outdoor undercover entertaining areas plus a Webber BBQ for you to enjoy during your stay.
Burleigh Water Temple is located within a short stroll to the beach (3 blocks to North Burleigh beach) and MIami One shopping centre with a Coles supermarket, Doctor, chemist, cafes etc. Public transport is also just around the corner.
Burleigh Beach is lined with beautiful parkland and excellent picnic spots, you also have close access to Burleigh Town Centre which is full of vibrant delis, cafes, salons, shops and restaurants all for you to explore. A visit to the Burleigh Heads National park is also not far away and offers beautiful walking trails and stunning views of the entire coast line.
Burleigh Heads Beach is protected by the point to the south and offers one of the best swimming and surfing beaches on the Gold Coast, it is the perfect family holiday destination, with safe patrolled beaches and relaxed village atmosphere. When it comes to a day of exploring all the major theme parks are only a 25 minute drive away and the buzz of Surfers Paradise just 10 minutes. Getting to and from Collangatta airport is hassle free being a short 15 minutes’ drive away.
This secluded property is ideal for family holidays, romantic couples retreat, bride and maids spa pre wedding pamper or a girls weekend away. We also have separate a one bedroom apartment adjoining the main house. This is airconditioned and has fans, an ensuite with walk in shower, vanity also a washing machine - clothes dryer, a kitchenette, lounge and dining areas and bbq, it is ideal for larger family groups who are also renting the main residence.
