Bicycle path all the way to Tin Can Bay just across the road or head to the cove on foot for a peaceful stroll
GUEST FACILITIES
TV....Stereo home theater system - also connected to the TV. Xbox to help keep kids and adult kids amused on rainy days and evenings or when Mum and Dad need a nap! Oh....and we found we had a game here so have left that here in case you forget to bring your own - games can be hired at the Tin Can Bay Video Rentals. We have now also added an "air hockey" table!
The fridge is a digital 2 door fridge/freezer with ice maker and has on tap chilled and filtered water.
The dishwasher and clothes dryer are new and both work like a dream.....used and tested by ourselves.
The washing maching is only a couple of years old and is a digital Samsung - she works well.
4 slice toaster for convenience and new microwave and kettle
For family fun there is a "Monopoly" set and also a large wooden chess set and the obligitory pack of cards
The split system air conditioning unit ensures year round comfort and for the not so hot days there's a ceiling fan and pedestal fan.
WHAT TO DO IN AN AROUND COOLOOLA COVE
Fish off the pier at Tin Can Bay or down at the cove (2km) or enjoy lazy hours down at the cove at high tide where children can swim and play without the fear of large waves and rips.
At Tin Can Bay - Free dolphin feeding, public swimming pool, environmental walkway with public BBQ area and playground overlooking the bay. Dinghy and kayak hire, golf, bowls and boat ramp all situated just 5 minutes drive away as are the pubs and clubs and with a complimentary door to door service provided by the bowls club everyone gets to have a good time!
Fishing charters, adventure tours to Fraser Island, Coloured Sands and gorgeous Double Island Point, 4WD hire, paragliding, tennis court hire,4WD access to the beach are all available out of Rainbow Beach.
Overall a great place to holiday for the whole family!
