Situated a few minutes from famous wineries, Yallingup and Smiths beaches with Dunsborough just 10 minutes away.
The state-of-the-art European kitchen boasts a Gas Cook top, Electric oven, Steam oven, Convection Microwave, 2 large fridges, ice making facilities, a cold water dispenser and a separate food preparation room with a vast array of kitchen appliances and dedicated wine fridge.
The sliding Kitchen wall opens onto the Sun deck with a 12 seat dining table and BBQ overlooking the 5 Star resort style Swimming pool, which offers a remote control roof for the ultimate in outdoor entertaining.
Of the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the master bedroom is the most breathtaking; the King size bed hovers over the hillside with floor to ceiling windows, a walk in robe and study area with WiFi. The en-suite offers the same inspiring hillside views.
The two Queen size rooms with en-suites look out over the pool and hillside to the East. The final two bedrooms have 2/3 single beds with a shared bathroom and uninterrupted views over Millbrook Valley to the South West.
