Description
This delightful house offers breathtaking sea views from the bedrooms, lounge room and large terrace. The house has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom; each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. A small kitchen opens onto a sheltered Tuscan-style courtyard and the lounge room features an open fireplace for winter warmth.
Your beloved pooch is welcome to be with you on the back terrace or in the sheltered secure courtyard which leads to an indoor sleeping area in the garage.
The back terrace features spectacular views over the ocean towards the Central Coast. This is a perfect spot to relax in the sunshine enjoying a barbeque around the large outdoor setting.
The house flows beautifully from one room to another and the ever present ocean views are calming and complemented by the fresh sea air.
A short walk down the lush garden path leads to "Cockatoo Cafe" a secret setting with table, bench and sea views through the trees - a wonderful place to escape with a book and a cup of tea!
We endeavour to provide everything you need for an easy relaxed holiday so all quality linen is included as well as soap, tissues, firewood, barbeque gas, generous pantry supplies including a selection of teas and coffees; sugar; milk; condiments; etc as well as welcome champagne and chocolate!
Description and Rates
A full size fridge is located in the garage with easy access through the courtyard from the kitchen. The house flows beautifully from one room to another and the view is ever-present and very calming.
Rock Bath offers complete privacy and is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by beautiful bushland and gardens. Native birds are abundant and our resident Brush Turkey will be seen regularly in the bush.
Our linen is of beautiful quality and our beds very comfortable. A washing machine is located in the twin bathroom and a dryer is available in the garage.
The lounge room has TV, DVD, video and stereo for your entertainment as well as CDs, DVDs, videos a large selection of books for your enjoyment.
Rock Bath welcomes children but is not suitable for toddlers.

Base rate: $300 per night (Sun-Thurs) and

weekend (Fri-Sat) $1000. Minimum 2 night booking.

The Area
Palm Beach is a lovely 15 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the house. The area is Sydney’s northernmost stretch of sand, located about 40km from the CBD and is tranquil and peaceful with an abundance of natural beauty. Pittwater's waterways offer superb boating and fishing options whilst the ocean side has magnificent swimming and surfing beaches. Palm Beach houses some of Sydney’s most exclusive and prestigious real estate owned by well-known movie stars, writers and prominent Australian identities and is famous for being the location for the popular TV series “Home and Away”. The area offers lovely cafes; restaurants; boutique shopping; boating; fishing; swimming and surfing. A beautiful golf club is nearby and many nature walks are also available.
Avalon shopping centre is a short drive away and offers all your shopping needs.
