Moon Rise is a newly renovated 3 bedroom house, only minutes walk into the Margaret River center or the lush forest & river reserve.

The House

Modern & stylish, Moon Rise has recently finished a loving renovation to completely change almost every aspect of its original 1980's styling.

A low gable roof has been replaced with high raking ceilings to capture the natural light and views to the treetops. A funky new kitchen and stylish bathroom renovation have been completed, with honed concrete, stainless steel appliances, fixtures and fittings.

Polished concrete floors, thermal blinds, comfortable carpets and new lighting throughout finish off the project perfectly.

We have fitted out the house with comfortable furniture and quality linen to ensure that your holiday is all catered for. We also have a large selection of VHS Videos (many 80', James Bonds & B-Grades!) as well as an authentic Space Invaders Game for adult nostalgics or kids alike.

The Surrounds & Location

Moon Rise is located on a large block, only a few minutes from town. Huge trees front and back provide a natural bush feel, with lots of shady places to relax in Summer.

A Large Outdoor Area boasts a custom hand built pizza oven, with a herb & vegetable garden only meters away to help you cook up a storm.

2 lovely timber decks are perched just away from the house to sit amongst the trees and garden.

Plenty of grass and a fully fenced yard provides a safe play area for the kids, or outside dogs by arrangement.

The nearby forest reserve has many walk trails with gorgeous fungi in winter, wildflowers in spring and birds year round. The river itself is only 5-10 minutes stroll through the forest, and has great little pools for swimming and kayaking.

10 minutes drive from Margaret River are world class beaches, surf breaks and wineries, fantastic bike trails restaurants, chocolate factories and forest walks.
