Korora Bay is an uncrowded ‘little piece of paradise’ for swimming, relaxing ,beach fishing and in season, whiting, flathead, bream, taylor and jewfish have all been caught here.
The coastal walkway passes just in front of ‘Ruma Bagus’ and this allows access north and south to some of the most spectacular coastal views in New South Wales as well as access to 5 star resorts where you can enjoy restaurant and cafe dining at your leisure. For those who are a bit more energetic, you can follow the coastal walkway into Coffs Harbour Jetty to enjoy alfresco cafes, jetty markets, Coffs Harbour International Marina, fresh seafood markets , Coffs Harbour Yacht Club, artisan bakeries and award winning restaurants.
So you feel like some excellent surfing; either board or body surfing? Ruma Bagus is in close proximity to the famed Diggers Beach. From ‘Ruma Bagus’ take the coastal walkway and head south for about a 15 minute walk to hit the waves at Diggers or for those perhaps less energetic, a short five minute drive away. For those who love their long boarding, the break at Arrawarra Headland is only a 20 minute drive away.
