This delightful 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has recently been extensively renovated. It features spaceous open plan living areas, and a lovely semi-enclosed, child friendly alfresco BBQ area and waterfall feature.
Boats can be securely stored behind sturdy jarrah gates.
The main bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds, the forth bedroom has 2 bunks and the fifth bedroom has a single bunk. All mattresses are of premium quality to ensure that your stay is comfortable at night as well as during the day.
The lounge room has a leather suite and a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a wood heater, games and DVD's for those cold winter nights. A sturdy fire guard is available to protect small children.
The house is located 1.5km (15 minutes walk) to Dunsborough Town centre and 800m to the safe and secluded, shaded Old Dunsborough beach.
Two golf courses are nearby and there are plenty of walks through the beautiful Cape Naturaliste National Park.
A short drive will take you to all of the west coast's favourate surf spots and famous diving locations (including the wreck of HMAS Swan) are located nearby.
Of course there are the resteraunts, wineries, cheese factories and micro breweries to savour, all within a short drive.
The wonderful limestone caves of the south west, magnificant art galleries and many other attractions are also within easy reach.
The south west's mild climate makes Dunsborough an ideal all year round holiday destination. In spring, the wildflowers are delightful, in summer, every day is a beach day, enjoy the extraordinary colours of autumn and relax by the warm fire in winter or enjoy a brisk walk beside the wild Indian Ocean.
