The local area
The house is located 1.5km (15 minutes walk) to Dunsborough Town centre and 800m to the safe and secluded, shaded Old Dunsborough beach.
Two golf courses are nearby and there are plenty of walks through the beautiful Cape Naturaliste National Park.
A short drive will take you to all of the west coast's favourate surf spots and famous diving locations (including the wreck of HMAS Swan) are located nearby.
Of course there are the resteraunts, wineries, cheese factories and micro breweries to savour, all within a short drive.
The wonderful limestone caves of the south west, magnificant art galleries and many other attractions are also within easy reach.

In spring, the wildflowers are delightful, in summer, every day is a beach day, enjoy the extraordinary colours of autumn and relax by the warm fire in winter or enjoy a brisk walk beside the wild Indian Ocean.
