And beaches, everywhere you look and everywhere you want to go- from Forrester's beach itself to the calm and quiet of Spoon Bay a 200 metre walk from the front door to the paved path that takes you through the national park to the beach.On this private beach (Spoon Bay) you can see Terrigal Beach glistening in the distance. If you want to you can even walk to Terrigal along the beach and stop to swim at Wamberal and then have brunch or lunch at one of the many cafe's at Terrigal.

The house offers 3 double bedrooms (King, Queen and double) and a 4th bedroom with 1 bunk and 3 singles (sleeps 5), there is also another trundle in the games room and a sofa bed in the 2nd lounge room.

There are 3 living areas, including a games room with table tennis table and soccer table, There are 2 other lounge rooms which both have a TV and DVD. So you can be watching the news in one room while the kids watch a DVD in the other lounge room.

3 bathrooms include an ensuite for the main bedroom and 2 other bathrooms, one of which boasts a huge spa bath.

Amenities include a full internal laundry, a lock up garage....and a slow combustion stove for those cooler nights.

And to finish it all off, 4 huge balconies wrap around the house on different levels. offering relaxed outdoor living, including a BBQ.

Facilities close at hand

Forrester's beach has a few shops, including a corner shop that serves hamburgers and coffee. There is also a bread/cake shop, a butcher, a chemist and a bottle shop. There is a driving range, mini golf, swimming pool and gym in Forrester's and just up the road at Bateau Bay there is ten pin bowling and tennis courts. Bay village is the closest shopping centre and is just minutes away.

Because the house sleeps 12 it works out to be a great rate per head.

'sea 4 ever" is competitively priced compared to other similar houses in Forrester's beach and it is not as expensive as say Terrigal.
