Our King and Queen Suites are spacious and private with your own ensuite, fully equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge/freezer, ceiling fan and much much more......
Each suite is individual with no shared lounge or dining areas.

Location
Conveniently situated on the South Western Highway in Mullalyup, the northern gateway to the scenic Blackwood River Valley in WA's South West.
We are a quick 4 minute drive to the unique town of Balingup, 20 minutes to Bridgetown and Donnybrook and only 30 minutes to Nannup. We are also only a 45 minute drive to Bunbury, Busselton or Manjimup. Everything is at your doorstep.
You can tour the surrounding areas at your leisure and not be driving all day. Visit Nannup via the Balingup-Nannup Road which is classified as one of the most scenic tourist drives in Western Australia.
The Ferguson Valley is also close by and has winerys, breweries, delightful places to eat and the unique Gnomesville.
Special Events and Attractions
There are numerous annual events hosted in the area including the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival in February, Balingup Small Farm Field Day in April, Balingup Medieval Carnivale in August, Blues at Bridgetown as well as the Festival of Gardens you can visit us more than once in 12 months!
Balingup offers an array of things to see and do including alpaca knitwear, arts & crafts, collectables, galleries, gifts, goldsmith, lavender farm and products, organic produce, wine & port tasting and is home to the Tinderbox.
There is a selection of eateries including cafes and local taverns. There is also a general store and bottleshop.
The Bibbulmun Track passes through Balingup and we offer a courtesy pickup and dropoff service.

A Light Breakfast is Included and served in your Suite. NOTE: King Suite rate is $160 per night and the two Queen Suites are $150 each per night. Each Suite accommodates two adults only. We can accommodate only 6 adults at any one time in our three Suites
