We offer self contained accommodation for 5 people in two bedrooms with the front bedroom having a single and queen double. Conveniently located in close proximity to Bellerive Village, restaurants, bakery, historic Bellerive Bluff and Fort, walking and cycling tracks and beach. International Bellerive Cricket Oval, golf club, lawn bowls and tennis are within easy walking distance. A water taxi service is available just across the road which can take you to Hobart CBD and casino. Bus stop at the front door.

The house is fully furnished comprising 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a single in the front bedroom. The lounge has entertainment centre, leather lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of cooking appliances, serving utensils and complimentary selection of teas and coffee. A continental breakfast is available for your first morning. The kitchen opens onto a private courtyard where you can enjoy alfresco dining. There is a laundry for guest use.The house is heated and has floor heating in the kitchen.

Stayed at the beautiful Allwright & Ors over the weekend of my wedding in Feb 2013. Had the most relaxing, comfortable stay. Was made to feel very welcome and really appreciated the host's hospitality. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay, not far from Hobart but makes you feels like you're a world away!

We stayed in this beautiful property for a week and it far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed, at the same time welcoming with a true home away from home atmosphere. Cooking and barbecuing facilities were superb -- really I can't say enough. Will we stay there again, without a doubt.

Absolutely brilliant, a real home from home! So glad we chose this house for our 3 weeks holiday in Tasmania. The house was beautifully decorated and such a homely feel to it. Every tiny detail had been thought of and so well equipt. The lovely private garden was a big hit with our 3 young children especially the apple tree and visits from Betsy the cat. We could have not asked for nicer, more helpful hosts - the home made apricot jam won me over straight away!
If we ever visit Hobart in the future we would'nt think of staying in any other accommodation!

Fantastic House and Gorgeous Courtyard! Beds were very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our young boys and will definitely return if we are in Hobart again. Excellent location too - very easy to get to and a short drive into the city and various attractions.

We have just spent four nights at this really luxury, relaxing accommodation. Everything you could possibly need is there for you. You are within walking distance of the small village of Bellerive, the local pub and Yacht Club. Dealing with the owner Laurence has been a delight and we would certainly recommend this accommodation and would stay again. Thank you for making Mike's birthday weekend special.

We really enjoyed our stay at this bequtiful home. The home extremely well presented and spotless.
All of our needs were catered for, with thoughtful little things like biscuits and cereals available.
The beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved the bath!
The location was great with so many places to eat out and lovely beaches and walks.
We would highly recommend this property.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay in this house! Everything in the house had been carefully thought of. We loved having breakfasts (nice bread etc provided by Lawrence the host) in the garden. We enjoyed a stroll in the neighbourhood after dinner. The beds were divine! Lawrence, we loved the dimmer lights in every room in the house!!
This was definitely one of the best places we've come across!

Sensational!
Our young family travels to Tas regularly and we have now found 'our place' to stay when visiting.
The awesome Laurence made us feel like we were in our own home (even got a Christmas tree!) Our kids were relaxed, we were relaxed - it was fantastic.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property in Bellerive. The house was very roomy, immaculately maintained and had everything we needed for our three night stay. The place was tastefully decorated and had beautiful morning sunlight coming into the courtyard and kitchen. Local cat (Betsy) comes to visit regularly. Easy access to shopping centre and short drive to town. Highly recommended.
