Also with this property comes a friendly cat 'Tiger" that needs feeding twice daily if possible otherwise put food out for 1-2 days. He can be locked out with access to the laundry only if you don't want him in the house. There is a also a large veggie patch in the garden and a chook pen with 4 gorgeous hens. They need feeding every second day and love your veggie scraps only. Keep an eye on their waterdispenser. Harvest fresh herbs and salad in the veggie garden for your gourmet salad.

Bed, Beach & Byron is located less than a 10 min walk from Tallows beach and just 50 meters to shops, and across the road family friendly pub with playground, bakery, Indian, supermarket, Post Office, Video Rental, Chemist, Pizza. 3 min Drive to Broken Head Point and Kings Beach, and 5 min to Byron CBD. The magical Tea Tree Lakes are a short walk along the beach and Byron Bay Golf Club just 1km up the road.

The 2nd bedroom has a king size latex bed and built-in wardrobe.
The 3rd bedroom has 1 elevated single bed and 1 single mattras/optional single bed in bed frame.
The forth bedroom has one double bed with chiropractic mattras.
There is additional double fold out sofa in the games room.
