Comfortable 5 bedroom house, well appointed kitchen, dining room, lounge and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 double beds, 1 queen double bed, 4 single beds. Two bathrooms, one with large spa bath.

Bed sheets, pillow slips and towels are not supplied unless tennant from interstate or overseas.
A bond of $300 is charged for extra cleaning eg cigarette or pipe smoke odour in rooms; tennants not putting rubbish or recycling bin out on sign posted night; broken furniture or missing items. The cleaner reports to the owner at 1200 hrs after cleaning on the state of house. The bond will be refunded within 3 days of a satisfactory report. The tennant must supply bank account details for a refund.
No smoking is permitted in the house or on balconies.

HYAMS BEACH VILLAGE AND SURROUNDS
Hyams Beach Village is adjacent to 2 national parks and a marine park.
BOODEREE NATIONAL PARK - JERVIS BAY TERRITORRY
Booderee National Park in Jervis Bay Territory, administered by the Federal Environment Department, is about 2 km South of Hyams Beach Village.
Walking distance along the beach is about 30 minutes. There is a fee for car access.
It has many attractions of Natural, Aboriginal and European heritage.
It contains HMAS Creswell, the Royal Australian Navy Officers Training College, built in 1915, an RAN airfield, Booderee Botanic Gardens and the closest surf beaches - Cave Beach and Pipeline.
JERVIS BAY NSW NATIONAL PARK
Jervis Bay NSW National Park is 50 metres to the North and West of the house.
There are many walking trails that start close to the house. A large range of marsupials an birds inhabit the park and often come into the yard and onto the balconies. Kangaroos should not be approached rapidly as they can become frightened and aggressive.
Night walks on the trails near the house may reveal many marsupials - Echidnas, Pigmy Possums, Brush Tail Possums and Yellow Belly Gliders.
Do not leave un-screened house windows or doors open after you retire - unless you want furry visitors to sample almost every piece of bread and fruit left out.
JERIS BAY MARINE PARK
Jervis Bay Marine Park is a divers dream with crysal clear waters on West winds. It is home to a unique mix of tropical and temperate species including the Weedy Sea-Dragon, Eastern Blue Devil Fish, whale, Bottlenose Dolphin, Little Penguin, Fur Seal and the endangered Grey Nurse Shark.
JERVIS BAY BEACHES
Chinamans Beach is 3 minutes walk from the house and usually provides safe swimming unless there is a large Easterly swell.
There are many other beautiful beaches in Jervis Bay. A 15 minute walk towards Vincentia reveals a sheltered beach with overhanging trees and a creek.
There are 2 other beaches at Hyams - Boat Ramp and Hyams Beach which stretches for 4 km to the South and the Naval College.
SURF BEACHES
The closest surf beaches are in the Jervis Bay Territorry.
Cave beach is the safest and has a sandy long beach.
Pipeline is a reef break and can be very big and clean on an East or North-East wind. It can be dangerous and is not for a novice surfer.
WILDLIFE
A number of species of dolphin are sighted close to shore at Chinamans Beach most days .
Large sea birds including Sea Eagles and Pelicans are commonly sighted.
Common bird visitors to the house balconies include King Parrots, Crimson Rozellas, hillarious Lorrikeets, Kookaburras, Magpies and Currawongs.
Many species of small wrens are found in the thicker parts of the rear garden and adjacent forest.
ANGLING AND CRABBING
Jervis Bay Marine Park has fishing restrictions but contrary to some belief, fish stocks have improved markedly since the park was declared in 1998. Fishing is often successful with fresh or live bait [Huskisson Sea Food].
Line fishing is allowed from the beaches and some rock shelves close to the house.
Cray and crab pots are allowed in reefs East of the house. See the JBMP signs for the latest restrictions and guidance.
HYAMS BEACH CAFE AND SHOP
The closest cafe is Hyams Beach Cafe - about a 7 minute walk from the house. It has recently been revived and renovated by the original founding proprietors - old management.
It has slow, delicious food. Besides the best coffee in the district and cakes made on the premises, newspapers, bread, fine wine and deli. Entertainment is sometimes provided by the John Cleese like proprietor, Chris Alison.
SUPERMARKET AND SHOPPING
There is a Coles supermarket at Vincentia - ten minutes drive.
Huskisson has an excellent butcher and a variety of diving and sports stores.
Tourist trips on vessels plying Jervis Bay can be made for whale and dolphin watching
