Self contained. Sleeps up to 5. Air conditioned. 2 bedrooms, each with own ensuite. Master Bed has 1 x Queen Bed & Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single Beds. 1 x Foldaway bed (upon request).
Sitting room with colour TV, DVD & VCR. Very quiet and restful away from the noise of other holiday makers. Well located, close to shopping and tourist area.
Our two bedroom fully self contained holiday retreat is well appointed and provides excellent value for money.
Pillows and doonas are provided. BYO linen and towels, or local linen hire service can be provided at a cost of $20 per person.
Children under 2 stay for free.

Local Attraction
Busselton is one of WA's premier beachside holiday towns with extensive stretches of superb white sandy beaches lining the crystal clear waters of Geographe Bay.
The bay provides excellent fishing for whiting, herring, flounder and various other species. A bicycle path follows the beach all the way to town and beyond.
The town centre features the famous Busselton Jetty and the Underwater Observatory, a number of cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and many interesting shops. Morgans Retreat is about a 3 minute drive from the town centre.
Morgans Retreat is an excellent base from which to explore the South West region, with the world renowned vineyards of Margaret River only a 30 minute drive away.
The spectacular coastlines of Dunsborough, Yallingup, Eagle Bay and Augusta are all close by. For the more adventurous, there are numerous caves to explore (such as Lake, Mammoth and Jewel caves) as well as the HMAS Swan dive wreck which sits in the protected waters of Geographe Bay (Dunsborough) making it 'diveable' almost 10 months of the year. The region is also well renowned for excellent surfing spots.
Booking Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Deposit of one (1) nights accommodation is required at booking.
Full payment required two (2) weeks before arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel within two (2) weeks of arrival, you will be charged for one (1) night's accommodation.
SECURITY BOND
A security bond of min $300 is required. This must be paid two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Refunds will be processed within two (2) business days of departure. Security bond will refunded if you do not breach our terms & conditions.
PET BOND
Pet bond of min $50 per pet per stay is applicable.
EXTRAS
Cleaning charge of $75.00 applies per stay.
Linen hire is available at $20 per person per stay.
