only a five-minute water taxi ride from Church Point on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Relax and unwind to the sounds of water lapping at the deep water jetty or enjoy lazy mornings fishing off your
private pontoon as you marvel at the natural beauty of Pittwater. Access to the property is by water only, which
means you’re surrounded by tranquil bays and pristine bushland.

The two-storey home and boatshed has three comfortable double bedrooms, study, two bathrooms and is best
suited to two or three couples. In addition to the spacious open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening out to expansive water views you can enjoy a BBQ and dine on one of the spacious outdoor areas right on the waterfront.

The beauty of the bush is also on your doorstep with the Elvina walking track at the back of the property, leading round to Lovett Bay and up to a rainforest waterfall and picturesque views of Pittwater. Or head up the service trail towards West Head Road and see the Aboriginal rock engravings and tessellated pavement.

Spend the days exploring the neighbouring bays by boat or on foot, or bay-hop on the area’s local ferry that runs at
regular intervals to Scotland Island, Lovett Bay, Elvina Bay and Church Point.

Bring your own boat (by prior arrangement) and enjoy the magic of Pittwater's bays and beaches.

Hire boats for daily use, or for the duration of your stay, are available from Boab Boat Hire, Broken Bay/Pittwater.

There are two Kayaks available with the property and its an excellent way to see the area closeup on the water.
