Description
Copa Tree House is a two storey modern Australian beach house of pole construction with two levels of accomodation. The top floor entry level is accessed via an elevated timber walkway and consists of a large, newly renovated kitchen, spacious dining and living area. Master bedroom with Queen Bed and private ensuite facilities. A large exterior covered deck is set high amongst the gum trees, with views through the valley towards the beach and is ideal for outdoor dining and BBQ's.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a Nespresso machine. There will be a few coffee pods provided for your use, but please bring your favourite flavour with you if you like lots!!
Downstairs has three bedrooms (2 x double, 1 x single), spacious bathroom with deep bath, shower, WC., separate laundry and a spacious family room with a slow combustion wood heater for the winter months. A large deck overlooks a private garden which has many native trees and flowers attracting native birdlife. A staircase leads from this deck down to the carport and garden.
With polished timber floors throughout the home is a relaxed, comfortable and stylish beach house.
The local Area
Copacabana is one of the many spectacular beaches on the NSW Central Coast approximately one and a half hours drive north of Sydney. As such it is a sought after holiday and weekend destination for many Sydney-siders.
The surf beach is patrolled in the summer months and is within an easy five minute walk from the house. Along with surfing and swimming, fishing is a popular pastime both on the beach and in the lagoon. A natural rock pool provides safe swimming for young families and the rock platform is fun for exploring. Tennis courts are located close by near the local school.
A beachfront shopping strip satifies daily shopping needs with a bakery, newsagent, general store, cafes, wine store, video rental store and hairdressers. The fine dining seafood restaurant is also a must. Larger shopping complexes and boutiques are near by at Terrigal and Erina.
Cinemas, indoor ice skating, a large selection of local restaurants and cafes, and other surfing beaches are only a short drive away.
Also close by is the Bouddi National Park for spectacular coastal bushwalking.
Copa Tree House is an ideal getaway for couples and families. It is not a party house and bucks nights, hens nights and other groups functions are not permitted.
