Walk out of the tropical, landscaped gardens down your own private path to the magnificent golden sands of Mission Beach. Enjoy a lazy dip in the swimming pool. Cool off under the waterfall. Or sit on the bench seat spa in the pool and enjoy a nice glass of wine or beer. You're on holiday. You deserve it.

The house has everything that you could possibly need on your holidays. A gourmet kitchen diner big enough for the whole family with stainless steel appliances. A separate dining room. A huge lounge room with 3d flat screen TV and a DVD library. An all-weather entertaining area on the deck comforatbly seating ten. Full air conditioning to cool you off on those hot, tropical nights. And insect screens throughout so you can listen to the ocean while you drift off to sleep.

There are four air conditioned bedrooms. All have doors leading to the balcony. The master suite has a super king sized bed, sofa, dressing room, and a fully marble-tiled ensuite with walk in shower, his and hers basins, and a spa bath. Two bedrooms contain queen beds and a fourth bedroom with super king bed also has an ensuite with walk in shower and separate entrance.

And then there's Mission Beach itself. With its large variety of restaurants you may never have to use the gourmet kitchen. 14km of palm-fringed beaches with views over to Dunk Island and the Family Islands. Take the water taxi to Dunk Island and enjoy a slow walk through rainforest to the top of Mount Kootaloo. If you're after an adrenaline fix skydive onto the beach outside the house. Or white water raft down the Tully river on grade 5 rapids. For a bit of peace and quiet how about lounging around in the pool while waiting for the local cassowary to walk lazily through the gardens?
