This modern, well-appointed home has everything you need for your fantastic holiday. Situated less than 900m from Pottsville Beach, and backing onto a scenic nature reserve, you'll take no time at all to unwind. This holiday experience will cater for couples and families alike, with features such as salt water pool, enclosed fire place, 2 separate lounges and 2 large decks.
With 5 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (main with spa bath), there is plenty of room for at least 11 guests. (Arrangements can be made if you require more guests.) Bedding configuration is 2 queen beds, one set of bunks, and 3 single beds.
You can relax, enjoy a drink and a BBQ while you take in the views on one of the many deck areas.
There are two large lounge rooms to enjoy. Both are equipped with entertainment facilities so there is plenty of room for the family to be together or you can retreat to your own space. Enjoy your own music with speakers available for iPhone/iPod or MP3 player
The well equipped kitchen has a variety of appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and blender. There is an easy to use washing machine and dryer and washing powder is supplied. A BBQ for easy entertaining is at the ready too.
As we enter the cooler months, you will be able to enjoy the company of your friends or family by the warmth of a glowing fire, with firewood provided.
We've supplied boogie boards and fishing rods for you to enjoy at the beach. Once you've soaked in enough of the sun and the sand, you can head back to the sparkling salt water pool.
You have the option to bring your own linen or we can arrange it for you at a very reasonable rate. There is a supply of toilet paper, matches, dishwashing powder, detergent and firewood. A refundable bond of $500 per booking will be charged to cover any damage to the propery or breakages.
This luxury house is set in the beautiful Nature Reserve of Koala Beach which is the home to many native animals including koalas and bandicoots and a vast array of birds. As such book your pets into their own retreat as they will not be allowed to holiday in this reserve.
