Ground floor: - is where you will spend most of your time with a large and well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area leading to a deck overlooking the ocean. From lounge you walk straight out onto the patio with a fully fenced and only a few steps more to the beach. Life guard tower is located nearby to allow safe swimming for the kids.
Also on this level is a double lock-up garage and room for 2 more cars in the driveway carport. A large laundry and a wine cellar.
LEVEL 2:- 3 x over sized bedrooms on the 2nd floor each with their own walk in robes and bathrooms.
LEVEL 3 has a large master bedroom with feature ceiling, large walk in robe TV and ensuite bathroom. A small balcony opens off this room overlooking the beach.
Within walking distance of a couple of local Surf Life Saving clubs, several local restaurants cafeÂ’s and a short walk to Broadbeach for even more extensive dining and shopping opportunities.
You will have a fantastic time here whether you are couples, families or business travelers.
This house is certainly cheaper than any hotel options for larger families.
