Mattresses: In July 2012 the house was fitted with 3, 5 Star quality Sealy Brand mattresses. 2 x Queen and 1 x Double.
We use 5 star hotel quality mattresses protectors to ensure maximum hygiene and comfort. The house also has a bunk bed with 2 x single beds, total of 5 beds, sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
The house has a new modern kitchen with the latest induction cook top, new oven, microwave, dishwasher and reverse Osmosis Water Filter System. It provides you with all the comforts of home to make the most of your holiday or business trip.
The living area has a large comfortable leather sofa with new LCD TV, home theatre sound system and DVD player.
WIFI internet naked DSL
The kitchen and dining area is separate from the living area. There are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Laundry facilities include a new 6kg top loader washing machine with washing powder.
The house has ducted evap air-conditioning and a wall heater in the lounge room.
The house is situated on a 650m2 block with a large fully fenced backyard.
There is a huge 45sqm undercover patio area with BBQ (see photos)
The kitchen includes dish washing liquid, dishwasher powder

The house is located in East Victoria Park, next to Kensington. Only a 7 minute drive will take you to the Perth CBD, the Bell Tower, Ferry Jetty, Perth Convention Centre, Burswood Casino/golf course and only a 3 minute drive to the Swan River foreshore and the WACA.
3kms to Collier Park Golf Course
A 30 minute drive will have you tasting the magnificent wines of the Swan Valley.
Curtin University is a 2kms away
Just a 6 minute leisurely stroll will take you to the famous cafe and restaurant strip along Albany HWY where you can enjoy a variety of cuisines.
There are 3 large reserves located adjacent to the house with a childrens playground, ideal for those morning and evening walks.
Domestic and International Airports are a 20 minute taxi ride.

Tariffs are based on 2 persons for a min stay of 4 nights. We accept shorter bookings however cleaning fees may be applied plus $20 per linnen set. We will only quote on 1 & 2 night bookings, 2 weeks prior to the check-in date Prices quoted may vary from the listed prices.
