Located in Jurien Bay, this modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home is only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and opposite a large park.
The house is fully self-contained featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas cooktop, 900mm electric under bench oven and microwave.
The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with high ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the light.
The lounge area contains a 42-inch LCD flat screen, surround sound theatre system with a Blueray/DVD player, CD player, MP3 connection and large comfortable sofa (seats 10 people) with chaise.
The dining table seats 8 people, or 12 people with the table extension.
The house sleeps up to 12 people, with 2 queen beds and 4 bunk-beds (comfortable for both children and adults).
There are two alfresco areas - one at the back of the house with a BBQ and a 10 seater outdoor table setting; and another at the front with views to the park.
There is plenty of parking on the property for cars and the boat, as well on street parking.
Both ensuites contain a shower and toilet, with one ensuite also having a large bath.
The large laundry area has a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Nearby attractions include beautiful bays for fishing, swimming, snorkelling and windsurfing, sky diving, sea lion tours, wildflowers and Sandy Cape Recreational Park.
Jurien Bay is a leisurely 2.5 hour drive from Perth along the brand new Indian Ocean Drive.

The Boatshed catered very well for our large group and felt spacious even at max capacity. The big couch was great, and it was fantastic to have such a well set up outdoor area able to be fully opened to the inside. The area was very nice and quiet as well, giving a good sense of unexpected privacy. Highly recommended!

A very relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. Felt like we had the whole of Jurien Bay to ourselves. Great house with everything we could have needed and only a stones throw away from a great park to kick the footy and play frisbee on which we took full advantage of. We had a fantastic 5 nights up there and wish we could have stayed for longer. Hopefully will be back after not too long!

We had a fantastic long weekend at the Boatshed, there was 12 of us and plenty of room. Perfect for large or small groups. It was clean and tidy on arrival and the facilities were excellent. Close to town and the beach but lovely and quiet location. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be staying at the Boatshed again and would highly recommend to anyone else looking at staying in Jurien Bay.

We loved this house. It is very spacious and well set out and has everything that you need. We liked the BBQ under the patio and the big table and lots of chairs. It even had undercover parking for two cars.
The best thing of all was the COUCH!. We could easily fit 7/8 people on it with room to spare and it was oh so comfy.
We have renamed the house THE COUCH rather than the boatshed. It was perfect.

The house and location is absolutely superb. A very close walk to a secluded beach and across the road from a beautiful park added to our wonderful experience.
Everything you would need is provided for, and checking in and out is hassle free and painless.
Would definitely recommend this residence to anyone visiting Jurien Bay, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Very impressed with the house.Loved the layout and all the facilities.Catered for 11 people very comfortably.Also liked the location because it is in the new area of Jurien Bay, nice and quiet and close to the beach and parks. Management of the house is very professional and very efficient. looking forward to going there again.
