THE BURRA HIDEAWAY
is a brand new 4 bedroom, well equipped holiday house set in a large fully fenced garden and located just 150m from the golden sands of unspoilt Culburra Beach. There are 2 living areas and 3 timber decks - so lots of room for a large group to spread out. The house is dog friendly, as we have 2 dogs ourselves and they absolutely love Culburra. The beach is dog friendly and off leash too and that makes for a fantastic time for our four legged friends - as you will see in the photo gallery!!

Start your day with an amazing morning beach walk - keep an eye out for the pod of resident dolphins as they play and surf the waves. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then rinse off back home in the hot/cold outdoor shower. Once you have dried off, sit back and relax on the front deck which captures the morning sun.

The garden and the rear decks are west facing and will enable you to enjoy the afternoon sun and stunning orange sunsets.

HOUSE
The house has 4 double bedrooms - 1 x Queen, 2 x Doubles and 1 x Twin. There is a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower and a second toilet and laundry area, including washing machine and dryer. You will also find an outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
There is a large open plan living area with newly renovated kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and large fridge freezer.The main living area has air conditioning to keep you all cool, ample seating, a large LCD TV plus DVD player, with a selection of DVDs. There is a large dining table to seat 8.
There is a second living space with an additional TV, playstation and relaxed bean bag seating.
We also have heating and a good supply of warm blankets too, so you can snuggle up with a DVD and hot chocolate on those cold days/nights.

WATER FUN
For young childen the Tilbury Cove end of the beach is patrolled in summer and is usually quieter. For keen surfers, the Surf Beach is a must and there is also a good surf point break at Crookhaven Heads. Wind surfing, kite surfing and kayaking also popular. Kayak and Surf Board Hre are available locally as well as surf lessons.

FISHING FUN
For those that love to fish there is good beach fishing as well as excellent rock fishing for the more experienced. There is also a local boat ramp offering access to estuary and offshore fishing and Culburra has a well equipped tackle and bait shop. The house has additional access and parking for a boat.

TENNIS & GOLF
Public tennis courts are available for hire and are just a few minutes from the house. There are 2 public golf courses within 15min drive of the house as well as a Crazy Golf Course for some family fun. Nowra has an 18 hole championship course - about a 30 min drive.

FOR A RAINY DAY
There are stil many things to keep you busy even if the sun isn't shining - the Fleet Air Arm Museum and Wildlife Park in Nowra, pottering around historic Berry, sampling the fresh seafood at Greenwell Point and treating yourself at the Lolly Shack. You can also snuggle up with a DVD, a good book or 2 or even challenge each other to fast paced game or a Sing Star event on the Playstation

Culburra is located an easy 2.5 hour from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. It is the perfect location to explore the many attractions of the NSW South Coast - you will find many leaflets and ideas for day trips at the house.
