Comfortable modern unit right in the heart of Mornington, only 2 min walk to the town centre & beach, water views from front yard, spa bath inside & split system A/C, accommodates up to 7pp.
Cosy lounge with vaulted ceilings, split system A/C, 37" LCD TV & bluray DVD player & 2 sofas & 6pp dining table. Off lounge is a door that opens out to a front courtyard garden with sea views.
Retro style kitchenette has a dishwasher, convection/microwave oven, stove & fridge plus a bar style bench top with 2 stools. Central bathroom with shower over spa bath, separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bdrm 2: 2xSB, BIR
Bdrm 3: (rear) 1xQB, 1xDB/sofa, TV/DVD player only, A/C, small electric heater (garage converted to a bedroom) with separate entry to main unit.
Located right opposite the Kirks Hotel, and only a couple of minutes walk to the entire town centre where you can enjoy boutique shops, restaurants, Boat Harbour, Beaches and Yacht Club.
There is also an additional private outdoor area with BBQ, outdoor setting and water feature. Sorry no pets permitted.
BYO doona covers, pillow cases, sheets & towels.
