Coolum Beach is becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination. It has a wide range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. It is centrally positioned in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. You can enjoy the kilometres of beautiful beaches. Coolum's own beach is patrolled all year round. You can travel to nearby Eumundi for the famous markets, have an adventure at Australia Zoo, view the beautiful marine life at Under Water World or spend the day in the Montville Hinterland either bush walking or browsing the many craft stores. It's an easy 90 minute drive from Queensland's capital city Brisbane. There are daily direct flights into the Sunshine Coast Airport to and from Sydney and Melbourne.

•\tA security bond of $400 is needed when paying balance of booking fee. This will be refunded, minus any damages within 14 days of the end of your stay
•\tYour full tariff is due 30 days (50 days in peak season) prior to your arrival date
•\tFor school holidays, cancellations within 28 days of arrival the tariff will be refunded on re-letting of the property for the same period. If you cancel 28 days or more prior to arrival the tariff will be refunded.
•\tFor off Peak, calcellations within 7 days of arrival the tariff will be refunded on re-letting of the property for the same period. If you cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival the tariff will be refunded.
•\tOne guest must be 21 or over
•\tWe welcome well behaved pets. Dogs are not allowed inside the house but have full access to the front and back yards including covered entertainment areas and can be kept in either or both yards. We suggest the dog is kept in the back yard when owners are not in attendance to avoid road access.
•\tThe back and front yards are fully fenced for the safety of all.
