Carlisle Loft is a bright, spacious and luxurious one bedroom apartment on the first floor of a private building. Permanent residents occupy the ground floor whilst the guests of Carlisle Loft have completely seperate & secure access.

The property has a 4 star rating by AAA Tourism.

The location is wonderfully central - close to all that vibrant St Kilda offers - just a short walk to Acland Street,Fitzroy Street & the beach. Fabulous & iconic cafes, restaurants & bars are all in walking distance.

The open plan living areas include generous seating centred around an integrated Bang & Olufsen TV/DVD/CD unit. Pay TV is available.

Ideal for executive accommodation with a light filled separate study area located off the lounge room. Unlimited broadband & local phone calls are provided. It is a short tram ride to the CBD.

A fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances including oven and cooktop, dishwasher & microwave. There is ample cookware to cater for any cuisine.
Dining for 6 both inside & also on the deck is available - a perfect venue to entertain! A Bosch washing machine is cleverly hidden.

The superbly styled bathroom with oversized shower offers a double vanity & luxurious towels. A hairdryer is provided for guests.

The bedroom is offers sumptuous comfort with a full latex queen sized mattress & a bountiful supply of pillows. Excellent storage is provided throughout the apartment.

The private rear deck is spacious and is a great spot to enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ. Two sunlounges & an outdoor teak setting for 6 are provided.

Pet bedding is available upon request.

Broadband internet is included in the rates.

A large reverse cycle heating/cooling unit ensures comfort during your stay.


This property is serviced weekly using professional cleaners.

Standard Inclusions

All bookings include interim cleans (& linen changes) for stays of longer than a week

Portacot $40.00 and Highchair $40.00 per week available (we can provide cot linen)

PET FRIENDLY - an additional $40 fee per clean


Check In & Out is very flexible & only dependant upon other bookings. If bookings are on either side then check in is after 11.00am & check in is before 2.00pm
