Sandycove Cottage is located 17km north of Perth CBD just off West Coast Drive on the beachfront. Nestled in coastal gardens adjacent to my large family home, it is just 50 metres from Marmion/Sorrento beach and local swimming lagoon named Grannys Pool. Sandycove Cottage is within walking distance of Hillarys Boat Harbour (15 mins gentle stroll)and a couple of minutes walk to local super market, shops and beachfront restaurants. It is perfect for those who really want to experience a beach lifestyle holiday, romantic getaway or a solo vacation where you have privacy without isolation. You can relax or be as active as you wish with the beach on your doorstep, a cycle/walking path going north to Hillarys Boat Harbour and south as far as Fremantle. Watch the sun set, enjoy beach fishing, snorkel in the Marine Park, sit on the beach and watch the sea hawks or yachts sail by,take a trip to Rottnest from Hillarys Marina or just relax and enjoy! Life may be casual but always comfortable at Sandycove Cottage, with separate off street parking and entrance via private steps, fully self contained, airconditioned, open plan interior with 36 sq metres of living & sleeping, separate bathroom and kitchen, cool veranda, enjoy large private coastal gardens,reading pavilion, bbq facilities. Come and enjoy the beach lifestyle for a while! Patrons please note there are family pets on premises and frequenting native WA birds!
