This unique late 1800's Queenslander cottage is ideally positioned within a short walk to both the centre of Sandgate and the beach front. Sandgate has much to offer within its own community and time could be spent just exploring all that the locality has to offer.

However,if city shopping, business, sporting venues, art galleries, theatre or just enjoying some family fun at Southbank are your priority, then just walk to the station, hop on a train and in 25 minutes you will find yourself in the heart of Brisbane. Even closer is the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, under 10 minutes on the train from Sandgate.

A little further afield, the beautiful Sunshine Coast,Australia Zoo and Underwater World can be found to the north and the Big 4 fun theme parks of the Gold Coast plus more golden beaches are to the south. An hour's commute on the highway will get you to your choice of coast.

Whale watching, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, diving, kite surfing, dolphin feeding or just relaxing. There is something for everyone!

Unique to Queensland, this style cottage offers a traditional 'bullnosed' front verandah shaded by a beautiful Jacaranda tree. The Queensland outdoor lifestyle theme carries to the fully fenced garden at the rear of the house where you will find a large covered outdoor living area complete with bbq and outdoor dining setting.
The house is totally self contained providing everything that a home requires. The three bedrooms, sleeping up to five people, are configured as 1 x queen, 1 x double and 1 x single. The brand new bathroom boasts a large walk in shower, pedestal basin and toilet. The second toilet is conveniently located to the rear of the house, close to the outdoor area.
The large 'dine in' kitchen and the comfortable lounge complete the great package.
