Allagai House has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 adults. The upstairs master bed with ensuite has amazing north views while the middle lounge/kitchen area has huge sliding doors opening onto a wraparound timber deck perfect for all day relaxing, barbeques and sun-loving. This level also has 2 bedrooms with king single hand-made merbau bunk-beds and a modern bathroom.
The kitchen is modern and well appointed with views over to Copacabana.
Ground level boasts a fully equipped rumpus room with dart board, pool table, cable tv and access to a secluded lawn looking east out to the horizon. Another bedroom with a merbau four-poster double bed also has access to the lawn area. Through the foyer to the laundry, shower and w.c.
There is parking for up to 4 cars behind an automatic security gate with intercom.
