This lovely apartment is rented at the moment; Please eqnuire for availabale dates. It must be rented with a 3 months or longer lease.

The comfortable lounge has a large plasma screen TV. Foxtel is installed at this property and includes several packages, Sports Channels, Showtime, Movie and other popular channels.

The kitchen is completely equipped for casual dining or for the gourmet chef! It is of course reverse cycle air-conditioned.
The living area features a comfortable lounge and a revlining chair. The dining table seats 4 persons.

The bedroom has a king size bed but if requested this can be converted to twin beds. There is a built-in mirror wardrobes. All linen is included.
The bathroom is well sized with a shower and vanity unit.

The internal laundry features washer and dryer.

Internet is available at an extra charge: $120 for the first month and then $75 for each month thereafter.
Let us know if you require internet connection; it should be booked before you arrive and we will have it ready for
you when you pick up the keys.

The ELAN is in Darlinghurst and right in the heart of its caf society. It is just 2km to the city and only a 4 minute train ride. The train station and bus stop are both only 2 to 4 minutes walk.

Rushcutters Bay (the CYC) and parkland is about 5 or 6 minutes walk. Just across the road is White City Tennis Club.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing is during the winter season, the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday. Electricity is not included in the price.

A bond the equivalent of four weeks rent is required when the lease is signed, it is returned to the tenant after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the end of the tenancy.
A charge for a departure clean is mandatory.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction.
Royal Randwick to indulge your racing experience, Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park and Waverley golf courses for pleasure and frustration.
