Brand new 3 bedroom apartment within the Martha Cove complex overlooking the canal with views of Arthurs Seat, accomodating 9 guests. A short 5 minute stroll via the boardwalk to Safety Beach, ideal for families and children while catering for jet skis and boating. Free use of 20m outdoor lap POOL and GYM. Jet Ski or Boat berth can be arranged on request at approximately $70 per night.
10 minute drive to world renowned Golf Courses & Wineries and 15 minutes dive to the Peninsula Hot Springs.
Situated on the second floor this stylish property consists of a spacious open plan living with chais sofa that pulls out to a QB, there is a large plasma TV, DVD player and surround sound stereo. Glass sliding doors lead out to balcony with electric BBQ and outdoor setting. The sizeable European style kitchen comes with Caesar stone bench tops, dishwasher, breakfast bench with 3 stools plus an adjoining 6pp dining table.
There is a large main bathroom with bath tub, separate shower & wc plus a separate laundry with washing machine & dryer.
Security gated access via underground car park (2 car spots only), disabled access via lift - STRICTLY NO PETS PERMITTED.
