Mentelle XV is a contemporary 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home owned by a local artist. This becomes apparent upon entering, as unique art pieces are found throughout the living areas. This is the perfect house for 3 couples as you all have your private living areas and ensuites.
Well presented and peaceful, this luxurious home is set on 2 1/2 acres of native forest just 10 minutes to Margaret River town and even closer to the beaches. Mentelle XV is located on the ridge above the secluded beaches of Kilcarnup. You can either ride the 4WD track next door to the Kilcarnup beaches or take a 10 minute drive to Prevelly, Surfer's Point and the mouth of the Margaret River, both have fantastic surf and safe family beaches.
The main lounge is a huge open plan style with large glass doors opening onto the north facing al fresco area and forest. The lounge is equipped with reverse-cycle air, a flat screen TV, Foxtell and stereo. Or you can escape to the "movie room", a second living area, to relax and enjoy a DVD on a large flat screen TV with the luxury of surround sound.
Once entering the outside al fresco area you'll find plenty of room for lounging in the sun, playing a game on the lawn or cooking in the outdoor kitchen. This is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring a BBQ, pizza oven, dishwasher and fridge all set next to a memorizing fish pond featuring one of the owner's hand crafted mosaics.
The house has plenty of glass in every room, showing off the surrounding gardens and forest. Each bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, cozy bedding with and ensuite or a bathroom close by. The main bedroom has an ensuite, a flat screen TV and a courtyard outside the large glass doors. The 3rd bedroom has a serparate living area with a comfortable fold out couch suitable for another couple or the kids. The house will sleep upto 8 people.
The indoor kitchen has a six burner range, microwave, dishwasher, capaccino machine, oven and marble bench tops. Help yourself to the backyard where you'll find a huge veggie garden with plenty of seasonal veggies, herbs and even a lime for your G and T!
All linens and towels are provided.
