This newly renovated double storey, 4 bedroom house is situated right across the road from the beach. It has panoramic water views of Jervis Bay and has all the modern conveniences for a family holiday, even a play room for the children. Just go away and relax, put your feet up and enjoy yourselves.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and many other kitchen appliances to make your stay comfortable and easy.
It has a huge fully fenced rear yard for the children to run around with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
There is an additional shower and toilet outside, plus a freestanding shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. The yard also includes a rotary clothes line.
The house has a single lock up garage together with plenty of off-street parking.
The house is situated across the road from Callala Beach directly between two access points to the beach.
TV and DVD (upstairs and downstairs), stereo, CD player, IPOD docking station, washing machine/dryer, iron/ironing board, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and various other appliances, fans/heaters, BBQ and outdoor setting.
