Beautiful three bedroom, two full bath, gulf-front corner condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico sleeps seven comfortably in beds. A fully equipped & renovated kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room overlooking the incredibly beautiful Gulf of Mexico! One king, one queen, one twin and a set of bunkbeds in the 3rd guest room. Free wireless internet service is provided.

A few of our amenities include a panoramic view of the Gulf, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, two full baths, outdoor gas BBQ grill, an elevator, large heated pool (year round), hot tub, and large deck area. For your stay we have beach toys, beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs.

Our corner unit is just one of 6 gulf front units in this gulf front building of 9 units and complex of 17 units--we're not too big and not too small. This is our vacation home - bring your family and make it yours!

Conveniently located 20 miles from Tampa International Airport and 10 from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport just north of Guppy's and across Gulf Blvd (on the gulf side)in Indian Rocks Beach. Getting here is a breeze. Once you're here, all of your vacation needs-restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. are conveniently located either within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Come and share all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer...and don't miss our sunsets.

We have enhanced cleaning procedures using MicroBan antimicrobial and 70% Isopropyl and are proud to uphold cleaning protocols reflecting CDC recommendations. All linens are removed after each stay to be professionally laundered (sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) and fresh are brought in.

My warm winter stay

This place has been our choice for over a decade. We love it here. What you see is what you get and you get value , security and a killer view for every dollar. The location for us is perfect. All the long term renters in the small complex are friendly and helpful. Our manager is top notch and has become our friend. We have had very few issues over the past dozen years but he's always been helpful and actively engaged in providing a solution.. even on the weekends. That's right- on the weekends. I hope to return year after year. It's like our second home. I miss it. Oh, did I mention the view? Wowza.

Just Ok

The view was beautiful. However, the floors were dirty, we found a dirty baking dish in the cupboard and the coffee pot was dirty. I spoke with the owner and excuses were made. We also had to leave the premises so they could show it to sell it. They left us a $25 gift certificate that did not work. I emailed the owner to let her know about everything with no answer.

Great View /Tired Condo

This condo had a great view and proximity to the beach. That was definitely a highlight. Condo itself is older and needs major updating. Furniture is dated and pretty beat up and a real hodge podge decor. Tile floors have numerous cracks and were dirty evidenced by the looks of our white socks. Would not stay again as I believe for the money there are nicer places in IRB.

Great Location

This was our 1st time at this unit but 2nd visit to the property. Overall we had a great week. Pool and Hot tub were well maintained by vendor multiple times during the week assuring water cleanliness. Kitchen was well stocked. New dishwasher. Beds and pillows were very firm (not my preference). Foot traffic from guests in unit above is unavoidable. If that bothers you, choose a top floor unit. Communication with host was very good. If we need a 3 bedroom unit again, we will choose this property again.
