This home is situated close to everything you could need, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. The location is only one block from the beach, but in a quiet residential street, away from the busy high rise areas.

This low set three bedroom home has been fully renovated throughout, with new bathroom, kitchen and modern touches. Separate bath and shower for convenient access for all ages.

Large and spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area that opens onto a very large private deck with BBQ facilities. Back yard is very large and well secured for dogs of any size. Flat screen television with access to full pay TV.

The house has air conditioning throughout using split systems. The bedrooms each have small units installed. Heating is only available in the living areas. All linen and bedding is supplied, except beach towels. Bath sheets are provided as towels for 6 persons.

Everything is at the door.

Everything you could imagine is just a short walk from the front door. Magnificent surf beaches are a 5 minute walk away, and dogs are allowed on these beaches.

There are convenience stores and restaurants of every description one block away, and Cotton Tree has undergone a fabulous revival, with great food, shopping and coffee available. There is also an Olympic sized swimming pool with a brand new children's water play area that has recently been opened.

Sunshine Plaza is a few kilometres away, with cinemas, Myer and many specialty stores. There is a small local bus that passes up the street on weekdays that runs between Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shopping World. This bus would also stop at Mooloolaba.

There is room for a boat to be parked off street and kept in the yard if necessary. A fantastic location for a dream holiday.

Things to do and see in the area

If you are bringing your dog then you will find an assortment of dog friendly beaches and park areas on the Sunshine Coast. The beaches near the house accept dogs, but on Sundays during Summer months the "nippers" are on the beach early, and the flag areas are best avoided at these times.

Australia Zoo is only about 45 mins from the house.

A scenic drive to Montville or Maleny is recommended to enjoy the magnificent view back to the coast, and stop for a meal along the way.

Noosa is about 45 minutes from the house, with an endless range of activities including a walk in the National Park, ice-cream on Hastings St, a dinner on the beach front, or just lounging on the beach.

Caloundra is only 30 minutes away, with the Currimundi Lake area a great place to walk.

The possibilities are endless............ so many things to do and see in this area.

This property has a per night booking fee, with a cleaning fee. I have found this to be fair for people who stay longer in the property. I have simply taken the weekly rental cost, removed the cleaning fee and divided to get a fair price for all who choose to stay.
