Upstairs offers a fantastic parents retreat with another sun deck & sea views which can be accessed from 2 master size bedrooms both with ensuites and plenty of robe space. In between both bedrooms, the living area offers another 2 comfy spacious sofas, another 50" plasma TV, DVD player & stereo, and a kitchenette with bar fridge, sink & microwave. Upper Sun deck has a 4pp outdoor setting.

The gardens are landscaped with an automated watering system and sealed drive. Adjoining the house is a large double remote garage in addition to plenty of off street parking for up to 6 cars. Strictly no pets permitted. No smoking inside the house.
