Casa Bianca is a stylish 3 bedroom air conditioned waterfront reserve cottage resting on a very quiet part of glorious Lake Macquarie. The home is beautifully situated for you to take advantage of the long lake sunsets and afternoons by the water in the shade of the majestic gum trees.
After you drive onto the F3 freeway there is just one traffic light to hold you up on the easy 55 minute drive to your waterfront paradise
The best feature of the property is the large undercover deck with outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy the lake views in the cool breeze or you may dine on the fish you have just caught and cooked on the outdoor BBQ.
The property has a large flat lawn reserve which meets a sandy beach that has easy water access for boating and other water sports. The is a small boat ramp 100m from the property and a large boat ramp with a jetty, fenced sea pool, and BBQ facilities just 3 minutes away.
The split level property with spacious cathedral ceilings sleeps up to seven people (recommended for 6 adults). The master bedroom has a queen bed with a large built in wardrobe. While the second bedroom has a tri bunk (a single bunk over a double bed) and a small desk. The third bedroom has a single bed and a fold out trundle bed that may also be moved into any other room if required. (use of trundle is $20 extra per night) The upstairs area also has a separate toilet and bathroom with large bath and seperate shower.
The downstairs consists of an open plan living area with comfortable lounges to relax after a day enjoying the water. The spacious kitchen has a large Kleanmaid gas cook top with double oven that will allow you to cook up a storm. There is a cosy dining area next to the kitchen for easy meals. The spacious laundry has another toilet so a family will not have the need to que for the facilities. This is an excellent space for pets.
Stunning Lake Macquarie is Australia's largest inland salt water lake. From Casa Bianca you can take advantage of many activities including, sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, and fishing. It is the perfect location to relax with the family, or just getaway for a romantic weekend.
We provide a small aluminium row boat for you to paddle around the lake.
We require deatails of any pets to stay at the property and pets are not permitted in the bedrooms.
Casa Bianca is only 5 minutes stroll to the local shops which include two takeaways, coffee shop, post office, chemist, newsagent, bottle shop and a well stocked general store with bait and fuel.
Acceptance of pets is entirely at the discretion of the owners and will be assessed for each booking.

Cancellation Policy: Fee of $50 applies to all cancelled bookings.
Low season:
21-60 days prior to arrival date 50% of deposit
Up to 21 days prior to arrival 100% of total price (please call to discuss your circumstances).
High season:
30 days prior to arrival date 100% of total price (please call to discuss your circumstances).
These fees will not apply if accommodation is rebooked by another party or you choose to rebook for another date within the following 3 month period.
