Against the backdrop of the sound of the surf, and with sea breezes wafting through every level, you will enjoy open plan living at its best.
There are two outdoor dining areas, one on the first floor balcony and the second with barbeque and sink on the rooftop terrace which has 360 degree views of the beach, lake and hinterland.
The galley-style kitchen has European appliances with glass splashbacks, and every utensil you will need to cook up a storm.
Eight people are accommodated in three bedrooms, one queen, one double and one with two double bunks. There are two bathrooms and one powder room.
There is your own secure garage for parking one car, and underground secure parking for another, with many visitor's spots within the complex.
Seascape is a walk across the bridge to the cafés, restaurants, shops and hotels of The Entrance, yet far enough away to be very, very quiet. You can even see the New Years Eve and Australia Day fireworks from the rooftop terrace.
Patrolled The Entrance North Beach is never crowded, and there is an ocean pool at The Entrance.
Enjoy walks along the beach and the lake. Ocean and lake fishing, children's playgrounds and kayak and boat hire are within walking distance.
It is a five minute drive to Magenta Shores Resort where you can play golf, enjoy a massage or facial at the Day Spa and High Tea on Sundays.
Sunbathe at the beach or on the private rooftop terrace.
Wyrrabalong National Park is close by for bushwalking.
