Located on the lower level is the open plan living with all areas boasting magical direct views to the ocean. The stacker doors open fully to the ocean, creating the feeling of indoor/outdoor living.
In addition to the lounge & dining is the masterpiece galley style kitchen.
With so much room to move & features including - commercial style Ilve appliances, beverage centre coupled with wine fridge, Zip commercial water dispenser with boiling/chilled filtered water, large double door fridge, dishwasher & coffee bar.
Also on the lower level is the 4th bedroom with ensuite, laundry & double garage.
The upper level features the second living area with stacker doors opening fully to the most astounding views to the sea.
The main bedroom with king bed also features stacker doors with the same incredible vista.
Both the living & main bedroom open to the upper patio area with outdoor lounge & daybed.
The main bedroom features an amazing open ensuite with elegant double freestanding bath with beautiful views to the sea. A double vanity, huge walk-in robe & rain shower compliment this room.
