This three bedroom open plan home accommodates 6-8 people and is the ideal beach retreat for families and friends. It is situated literally 150 metres from Point Roadknight beach, one of the most beautiful and safest beaches on Victoria's West Coast. A stunning walk along the cliff top will take you into the Anglesea precinct with gorgeous shops, parks, tennis courts and restaurants.
Dogs allowed at owners discretion. Pet owners must discuss this option with the owner prior to a booking being confirmed.
No Schoolies or teenage groups. Adult groups 25yrs & over.
This open plan 3 bedroom home is the ideal retreat for up to 8 people.
The master bedroom and second bedroom both have a queen size bed and ceiling fans for added comfort on summer nights. The third bedroom has 2 single beds plus a single bed trundel and a ceiling fan too. A double sofa bed also provides a sleeping area for an additional 2 people with a further ceiling fan in the lounge area.
The lounge area is ideal for putting your feet up or a quiet night in with a new 52" flat screen plasma tv, a variety of dvd's to choose from and a docking station so you can listen to all of your favourite albums on your ipod. Sit by the wood heater on cold winter nights or enjoy the convenience and comforts of a split system heater and air conditioner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots.
The elevated decking provides ample space for alfresko dining and entertaining complemented by a stainless steal hooded 6 burner bbq. You can sit and enjoy a quiet drink while listening to the sounds of the ocean.
The kids will love playing in the cubby house set up with its own toy kitchen, dining table and chairs, playing on the swing set or a friendly game of football or cricket on the lawn area.

The house is literally a 3 minute walk to the popular Point Roadknight beach and a 6 minute walk to the back beach.
The cliff top walk is 100 metres away and provides a stunning 20 minute stroll into Anglesea with panarmic views of the beaches.
Anglesea has a well stocked supermarket with a wide range of local produce. It also has a variety of boutique shops, cafe's, restaurants and a medical centre.
