This beach house is located in Rye on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The property is elevated to catch the sea breezes, and within an easy walk of both the beach and town. The new deck and outdoor entertaining area adds a touch of class with seating for 10 and a luxurious new daybed.

Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom have added the touch of luxury, while the living area is the perfect place to relax with a large screen plasma tv and wood fire. 2 Bedrooms have queen beds and full wardrobes, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of double bunks, and the 4th bedroom contains a double sofa bed. There is a second toilet in the powder room. All we ask is that you provide your own linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking on those longer stays all the more enjoyable. Portacot and highchair are available at no charge for the littlies.

The house is elevated from the street, but has a very large, flat and fully fenced backyard great for the kids to run around. Located within easy walking distance of town and the beach. So close to all the peninsula has to offer: Wineries, Spa Treatment, World Class Golf Courses, Portsea, Sorrento and rugged coastline.
