This old fishermens 2 bedroom pebble cottage is situated on the majestic Blackwood River. A car ferry will take you and your car across to Molloy Island. The ferry operates every hour from 8am - 5pm and is available exclusively to land owners and their guests. The island has a natural and tranquil atmosphere and has abundant Jarrah and Peppermint Trees. Native kangaroos and birds appear each evening and morning. There is a children's beach nearby, the tennis courts are only 100 meters from the cottage and are available free of charge. The boat ramp is also only 100 meters from the cottage, the ski area is 2Kms up river, and the town of Augusta is 4kms down river.
Enjoy the beautiful bush walks and private lagoons.
The fishing is great from either boat or shore.
No shops are available on the island, you will need to supply your own linen and food supplies. 20 minute drive south of Margaret River, and a 10 minute drive north of Augusta.

The landscape of Augusta and the surrounding Southwest region is a must see. See the incredible forests, full of massive Karri, Jarrah, Red tingle, Marri, and Peppermint trees. Visit the incredible, nearby caves. This area is a nature lovers dream that has abundant bird and animal wildlife. The coastal area is also very impressive with its giant granite and limestone cliffs, plus white beaches with crystal clear water.
The Southwest area has many state forests that you can escape into if you have a 4WD. This is a great way to discover special, hidden away unspoilt places that most people never see.
