Located in Ruskin Street, the property sleeps up to 6 people (additional mattresses if required) in 3 bedrooms and is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday in Byron.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and air-conditioning, the second bedroom has 2 king singles (which can be reconfigured to a king bed), ceiling fans with a powder room, outdoor hot and cold shower and large undercover deck area.
The third bedroom has 1 single beds, 1 trundle bed and air-conditioning.
The large living/ dining/ kitchen faces onto a north facing deck area with outdoor eating facilites and tropical garden.
The "chef's kitchen" is well appointed with modern appliances and dishwasher.
There is an additional lounge area with large LCD cable TV, library, open fireplace, air-conditioning and covered deck area with comfortable, cushioned daybed.
Whilst crisp, white bedlinen and fluffy towels are provided, we ask you to bring your own beach towels.
WiFi is available on request.
High chairs and porta cots can be arranged.
Please note that Byron Bay has a no party rule in all properties.
There is offstreet parking available and ample street parking.
