Only a 10 minute drive to Yarrawonga which has major supermarkets, bakeries, cafes/restaurants as well as the golf, bowls and waterski clubs, which all offer drinks, meals and entertainment.

Only 15-20 minute drive to the popular Rutherglen wine region, which offers 19 great wineries, as well as cafes, hotels and fine dining. Bus companies can pick you up from the house and charge approx $250 for half day tours for the entire group.

Perfect base for the golf enthusiast with many top quality courses in the region, including; Yarrowonga and Border (45 holes), Yarrawonga Silverwaters (18 holes), Cobram-Barooga (36 holes) and Corowa (18 holes).

Just under 3 hours drive from Melbourne.

This home is unique and perfect for a multi family/group holiday. It features;
6 bedrooms (5 double beds, 4 bunk beds, plus 2 singles and a double mattress for the floor if required)

2 separate lounge rooms (with TV and DVD player)
2 kitchens (with dishwasher, microwave and s/s appliances)
Laundry (with washing machine).
Reverse cycle airconditioning, evaporative cooling, fans and heating throughout.

The huge outside decks facing the river, can comfortably accomodate large groups, with an undercover outside kitchen, built in 6 burner BBQ, huge drinks fridge, large esky, outdoor furniture.

Situated directly on the lagoon where you can swim, fish, canoe (kayak available at house) or tie up the boat.

The house is set on a large block with plenty of undercover secure parking for vehicles and or boats.

WHAT TO BRING AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Linen - top sheets, pillow, pillow cases and towels
Bedding - doonas/blankets/sleeping bags
(All beds have mattress protectors and fitted sheets only).
Drinking water - house on filtered bore water which is safe to drink but has a slight taste and colour. Most guests prefer to bring their own water.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
All bookings commence at 2pm and finish at 10am unless prior arrangements are made.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure and hold your booking.

Balance: The balance is required at least 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival then the full amount is required within 48 hours of making the booking. This balance is also non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless the property is rented to another group for the same rental period.

Bond: A bond of $500 is required for all family and or multiple couple bookings. For all male or all female group bookings a $1000 bond is required. The bond will be returned within 5 days of the last night's stay. Any damage or breakages, accidental or malicious along with any items missing from the property will be paid for by the renter.

OTHER CONDITONS
If the house or property requires more than reasonable cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond (at a rate of $50 per additional hour of cleaning).

At no stage is there to be anymore than the maximum number of 14 people staying overnight at the residence or on the property unless prior arrangements are made. If this is found to be the case the entire bond will be forfeited.

Unless prior consent is given we DO NOT allow tents to be errected or caravans on the property.

Unless prior consent is given NO pets allowed.
