The big outside deck facing the river, can comfortably accomodate large groups, with an undercover outside kitchen, built in 6 burner BBQ, commercial drinks fridge, large esky, outdoor furniture.
Situated directly on the lagoon where you can swim, fish, canoe or tie up the boat. (Although the actual inlet is crown land and we cant reserve a spot for your boat in front of our house. If the spot is taken there should be ample room nearby)
A two seater kayak is available for guest to use.
The house is set on a large block with plenty of undercover secure parking for vehicles and or boat.
WHAT TO BRING AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Linen - top sheets, pillow cases and towels
Bedding - doonas/blankets/sleeping bags
(All beds have mattress protectors and fitted sheets only).
Drinking water - house on filtered bore water which is safe to drink but has a mineral taste and slight colour. Most guests prefer to bring their own drinking water. House to be connected to town water in early 2013.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
All bookings commence at 1pm and finish at 10am. Although later checkouts are available free of charge if there is no other booking that same day or the next day.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure and hold your booking.
Balance: The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival then the full amount is required within 48 hours of the booking request. This balance is also non-refundable in the event of cancellation (caused by the client) unless the property is rented to another group for the same rental period. If the property is re-let a $50 cancellation fee will apply
Bond: A bond of $500 is required for all bookings. The bond will be returned within 5 days of the last night's stay. Any damage or breakages, accidental or malicious along with any items missing from the property will be paid for by the renter.
House not to be booked for bucks/hens type parties.
If the house or property requires more than reasonable cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond (at a rate of $50 per additional hour of cleaning).
At no stage is there to be anymore than the maximum number of 14 adults staying overnight at the residence or on the property unless prior arrangements are made. If this is found to be the case the entire bond will be forfeited.
Unless prior consent is given we DO NOT allow tents to be errected or caravans on the property.
Unless prior consent is given NO pets allowed.
