This magnificent 5-bedroom 3 bathroom house (sleeps 11 people) features bay views and from the front living rooms and the balcony.

It is about 45 minutes coastal walk (3-minutes drive) into the vibrant heart of Nelson Bay - close enough to enjoy the buzz but far enough to be quiet and tranquil. And it's about a 5-minute walk (1 minute drive) to the closest beach.

Bedroom 4: 1 x Double

Bedroom 6: 1 x Single

Ideal for families or couples holidaying together. We do not let to large groups as this is NOT a party house and is in a quiet neighbourhood.

Property features

Large swimming pool and BBQ area. 3 living areas including entertainment room with games table, Wii, and PS2.

Fully equipped kitchen including sandwich toaster, electric wine cooler, selection of glasses.

Linen is not included but can be hired for an additional cost or alternatively you are welcome to bring your own.

Linen packages include top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Please ask for detailed rates.

There is No Smoking inside the house and no pets allowed.

Payment Policy

Nelson Bay View requires a 50% deposit of your total tariff to confirm a booking. This can be taken via direct bank transfer or credit card.

The balance of your booking tariff is required 14 days before arrival together with the security bond of $750.00. We always try to repay the security bond within 7 days.

Prices

The rates are for the house, not per person, so long as the maximum guests does not exceed 11. There is also a $750 refundable bond which is payable however it is fully refundable after your stay as long as the property is left in the same condition as it was on your arrival.
