13th Beach Golf Course is situated on the Bellarine Peninsula just 95 kms south west of Melbourne and a few minutes from Barwon Heads village. Offering 2 championship golf courses, private access to the famous 13th surf beach, 2 tennis courts, modern clubhouse and restaurant facilities there is something for everyone to enjoy.
15 Fourth Loop is situated in a prime position in the 13th Beach Estate, overlooking the 2nd fairway of the award winning beach course. It is close to the clubhouse, just a couple of minutes walk from the tennis courts, and only a 15 minute stroll through the golfcourse to the surf patrolled 13th Beach.
Accommodation
13th Beach Golf Retreat offers fabulous holiday accommodation for up to 10 people. The only room upstairs is Bedroom 1 which has a queen bed, ensuite, and outside balcony. Downstairs Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite and can be made up with a king bed or 2 singles. Another 3 more bedrooms share a third bathroom. They consists of a king room or 2 singles, a queen room, and Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen offers all miele appliances, including a coffee machine. The large open plan lounge, meals and kitchen area looks over the lap pool and views out to the 2nd fairway. There is also a seperate living area with another tv which has its own bar with bi-fold windows opening to the deck where you can laze by the swimming pool. In winter you can relax by the open wood fire.
