Dream about waking to a sunrise that bathes the expansive waterways in a warm hue. Most rooms have breathtaking, panoramic outlooks to Ocean Beach and Wilson Inlet which are separated by the property's namesake - the Nullaki Peninsula. Later in the day settle in with a glass of wine on the spacious balconies to witness sunsets that highlight the splendour of ever-changing colours on the peninsula cliff faces.Guests literally have a bird's eye view over the ever green wetlands and trees to the ocean and inlet. You can see the surf, breaching whales, rolling farmlands and a big array of wildlife.

The 11 acre property is nestled on the slopes of Mt Hallowell and fringed by Karri forest reserves. This secluded sanctuary is a hidden treasure and a truly rare location where the forest meets the sea. You will experience a stunning natural and very private setting whilst still within minutes from town and all of Denmark's attractions.

The house is idealy positioned between Ocean Beach and Lights Beach (see photos), with both being a short drive (or good walk) away. The property is a 10 minute drive from town and 20 minutes to the popular Williams Bay-Greens Pool via Lights Road.

The private grounds teem with a multitude of small birds inluding the famous blue wrens plus kookaburras, magpies,eagles and many varieties of parrots. Native wildflowers abound in spring and kangaroos, possums and numbats visit the property regularly.

The eco-friendly, two-storey, solar passive dwelling is fed by rainwater tanks and heated by a slow combustion wood fire. You can relax in a raised bath beside an expansive window that affords wonderful forest outlooks.

The house can accommodate ten people and is ideal for family groups or couples alike with well-defined living spaces and separate bathrooms. It can be a cosy retreat for two as well.

The open sitting area upstairs features a massive lounge suite, perfect for TV viewing or to soak up the sounds from the stereo as you look out over the awe-inspiring panoramic view.

The downstairs living area is focused around a slow combustion fire which is a lovely spot to cuddle up with a glass from the regions famous wine makers.

There's plenty of room for everyone with three queen size beds, plus a single bed, bunks for the kids and a sofa bed if required.

A well-equipped kitchen separates the lounge room from the eight-seater dining area, that opens to a paved verandah for outdoor entertaining.

Guests will be spoiled for choices, whether relaxing is on the menu or getting into the great outdoors.

If fishing, swimming or surfing is not your calling, there are plenty of great walks to be had, including a direct path to Monkey Rock which is part of the Bibbulmun Track.

Main House sleeps up to 10 people. Stay seven nights & pay for six during non-peak.

Non-peak period - $195 per night - $25 per night for each extra person. Minimum 3 nights bookings.

School Holidays & Public Holiday Weekends period - $280 per night - $30 per night for each extra person. Minimum 3 nights bookings.

Peak - Xmas, New Year, Easter period - $360 per night - $30 per night for each extra person. Minimum 6 nights bookings.
