Situated in Point Lonsdale and to be enjoyed all year around, this 3 B/R house has that true beach holiday feel. With its wide sunny deck complete with shade sails and BBQ what better way to spend the afternoon following a swim at the beach, a hit of tennis or a few rounds of golf.

The beachhouse is modern and spacious. It promotes easy living with a relaxed family atmosphere. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and an adjoining ensuite. The double bedroom is located beside the bunkroom (with 4 single beds) and has a shared bathroom. The reverse cycle heating/cooling and cosy log fire (gas) ensures year round comfort.

Just a short 5 minute walk to safe beach area and access to the foreshore walking track. Here ships can also be viewed coming through the heads and further along the foreshore will bring you to the coffee precinct and the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse. Perfect for a romantic getaway or great holiday accommodation for family and friends.
