This large 3 bedroom semi-detached house is a short walk from beautiful Coogee beach.
The house is beautifully clean and has recently had new carpet laid.
There is wireless internet and a large plasma television with digital reception
It has queen size beds and a large built in style wardrobe with hanging space and drawers in each bedroom, a large living room, separate dining room and large functional kitchen.
The bedrooms run off a long hallway so there is sound and proxemic privacy for each sleeping area.
The front verandah has a lovely valley view aspect and is perfect for sitting out on to enjoy sunsets.
The back area has small courtyard with outdoor dining table.
There are two bathrooms the rear one is a combined bathroom and laundry fitted with modern front loading washing machine and dryer.
You are a short walk from a large number of cafes, restaurants and other shops including comprehensively stocked supermarkets.
You can choose between walking / swimming at Coogee Beach or snorkeling and swimming at gorgeous Gordon's Bay (closest beach).
If you feel energetic you might like to do the glorious coastal path walk to Bondi Beach - taking in Clovelly, Bronte and Mackenzie's on the way.
Buses are readily available to take you to the city, Bondi Junction and Central Railway Station
High Speed Internet is supplied within the tariff.
