A Stayz property since Nov 2010

Situated on 12 acres of stunning natural bush surrounding two beautiful billabongs it is hard to believe the property is only fourty-five-minutes from Sydney.

You will have exclusive use of the whole resort including the main resort centre with pavillion lounge, four bush cabins, a cottage, a large waterside deck used as a massage & spa building.

We have a full time chef who can organise delicious catering (self catering available certain circumstances).

We can accommodate 20 in total, 16 in twin rooms plus an additional 2 in a Balinese style pavilion and 2 in BYO tents.

The retreat is suited for groups seeking a quiet & peaceful escape from the city. You can request yoga, massage & meditation classes. The property is not appropriate for parties or noisy gatherings.

Abundant with colourful & vocal native life you can spot hundreds of bird species, albino faced black wallabies, lace monitors, deer, micro-bats, water lizards and at night the whole place throbs to the chorus of frogs and cicada. Bush rock escarpments rise up from the water edge with huge boulders creating lovely nooks that are ideal for relaxing within nature.

The main centre has been built around two yurt-like circular structures. These have been designed to maximise the feeling of space and the ceilings rise up and feature stained glass tops that allow strands of coloured light to filter through.

One yurt is for group practices such as yoga as well as movies on the giant screen and the other allows for relaxing, cooking and dining. In between is a large covered pavillion with wrap-around sofa and large fire and the deck protrudes over the rock escarpment offering stunning views down to the billabongs.

Heating throughout the retreat is provided by wood combustion heaters, gas heaters & electric heaters.

Harmony cottage is a quaint & colourful original federation house. The other cabins nestle in the bush like tree houses on the escarpments edge, each with decks and wonderful bush & water views.

Other features include sunny north facing lawns and walking tracks through the bush and around the water edge.
